DESCRIPTION:In 2021\, Bishop Michael G. Duca welcomed our U.S. Immaculate Conception Region to build a new Novitiate House in the Diocese of Baton Rouge\, Louisiana due to our increase in vocations. This two-story House of Formation was designed to meet the needs of our growing Community\, with the capacity to house up to 34 Sisters. The building fund cost was $5.2 Million and we began to raise funds. \nIn 2023\, we broke ground. \nIn 2024\, the Sisters began to move into the new House of Formation. \nNow\, there are 10 Sisters in Formation living in the House along with two Formators. With plenty of room to continue growing\, we pray for your support to help us pay off the remaining $1.2 Million of the building cost. All the proceeds from our #iGiveCatholic campaign will go towards this need.  \nPlease consider giving to our #iGiveCatholic Giving Tuesday campaign to help support us as we continue to raise the funds for our St. Michael the Archangel Novitiate House.
